Booking and Payment

• You can make a booking for any of the tours or services offered by Milas Travel on this website. To confirm your booking, you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total tour price, or the full amount if your booking is made within 30 days of the tour departure date.
• The balance of the payment must be paid at least 30 days before the tour departure date, or your booking may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
• You can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. A surcharge may apply to some payment methods.
• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Milas Travel reserves the right to adjust the prices due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other factors beyond its control.
• By making a booking with Milas Travel, you also agree to be bound by the Booking Terms & Conditions that are applicable to your tour or service. Please read them carefully before you proceed with your booking.

Cancellation and Refund

• If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Milas Travel in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:
  • More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total tour price
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total tour price
  • 8 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
  • 7 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour price
• No refund will be given for any unused or missed services or activities during the tour, or for any changes or amendments made after the tour has commenced.
• Milas Travel reserves the right to cancel or alter any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, natural disasters, political instability, health emergencies, or other events beyond its control. In such cases, Milas Travel will offer you an alternative tour of similar value and quality, or a full refund of the amount paid, minus any administrative fees.
